If it’s not a library, then what on earth does it do??

My Cambridge-born friend said she thought it was turned into apartments. Currently, as far as I kind find with cursory web searches, it’s owned by either an engineering company or a consulting firm.
It’s sad when public space gets converted to private space. Worse when it’s a beach I suppose, but still.

If I could rent an apartment in a library, I would do it. Right away. Libraries (and former libraries) have a good vibe, methinks.

Despite my whining about lost public space, I probably would, too. Especially if there were an old card catalogue in my unit!
