Spring recap
Long time no post… Spring is really flying by. The frozen pipes throughout town for all of March seems so far past, as does the head cold that wiped most of April off the calendar. Here’s a brief summary of how winter ended:
Dreaming of warmer times
I made this last year, but it’s appropriate for today… overnight tonight is going to feel like -41C. Brrrrr….
Birthday boy
Eric’s birthday started early, with 6AM cupcakes and then gifts. We both had naps before lunch [insert age joke here] and then hiked through nearly knee-deep snow to spend a bit of time by the still unfrozen bay at Ainslie Wood. Later we celebrated with all you can eat sushi and a couple bottles of hot sake downtown. Yum!
