BBQ season begins

Last Saturday after the farmer’s market and lunch at Frog Pond, I attended Wasa-Nabin (a lecture at the Harmony Center… more later), then Eric and I had our first barbeque of the season in the backyard: local salmon (for him), & tofu, eggplant, mushrooms, etc (can’t remember, all good) marinated in a version of this sauce and grilled in the BBQ basket Eric got for Christmas (first time using it, totally excellent!)
