We didn’t pay admission or anything, but I waded over to this little island and hopped around the rocks and sumac for a while (carefully avoiding the poison ivy, thank you). It is one of two “Gin Islands” swimming distance west of Beausoleil and also part of Georgian Bay Islands National Park. My new favourite place on Earth.
Abbey, Sage, Scruffy, and Chinny accompanied Eric and I on a tour around Beausoleil Island and Giant’s Tomb at the end of August. No one will blame you for not telling the dogs apart; schnauzers pretty much look the same when they’re wet.
