At the dog beach 2011/07/24 Karen 0 comment Beaching with Abbey and Sage in early July: Feet are burning, can we go now? Uh, I’m shivery. Getting tired here. Hm. Didn’t we just do this one? We love the beach! Yay the beach!
Beach days with Snootchie, 2 2010/08/13 Karen 0 comment A trip to Awenda Park with Sage in August: More photos: Perfect day for a swim. Beach feet. Dreaming of rock-climbing? Not my construction, we found this when we arrived. Strange foot-shaped coral formation. I love the glittery water of Georgian Bay. Sage swam out to this island with little help from Pa. Pa deserves a little splash. A graceless descent off the island. Sage makes it halfway back to shore then impersonates Jesus. One of the first times Sage took a dive of her own volition. Great Lake Swimmer works hard to get to that towel. Share that towel, or I kill you! That feels better! OK, enough photos. Warm rocks, cool breeze Small thing. Eric, king of the waters. Self-portraited silhouette. Small thing, 2. Sage relinquishes the towel so I can walk back to the car decent. Through the passenger-side window on the way home. Weedy field on the drive back home.
